How to create a powerful email message, from a recent MBA presentation (includes email examples)

Asking for someone to “confirm, deny or elaborate” doesn’t mean you have to say, “Can you confirm or deny…” in an email. Unless, maybe, if you’re an attorney.

Sometimes, just putting forward an idea that shows a common frame of reference is a great way to start the conversation. What ideas have you used, in your email messages, that have started a great conversation?
